Why this recipe? Chia seeds are a source of omega 3 essential fatty acids. Omega 3 is a super healer for the digestive track. Combine this with collagen for a super charged gut healing recipe. 1 cup liquid (any milk will do) 4 tbsp. chia seeds 1 tsp. sweetener (raw honey or maple syrup) 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 scoop collagen (Add fresh berries, banana or other fruit) Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
